Introduction
As a type two diabetic it's hard to find a filling sandwich that doesn't send my blood glucose level through the roof. I made this on a whim one evening and it really hit the spot. If you aren't watching your carbs you could add a handful of cranberries or some sliced grapes and walnuts to make this even tastier! Ingredients

1 12.5 ounce can of chicken
1 tbsp lite miracle whip
6 slices of American cheese
6 Scali rolls
1 tbsp red onion diced
garlic salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
1 medium roma tomato sliced thin
Directions
Serves 6
In a medium sized mixing bowl combine chicken, diced onion, garlic salt, pepper and miracle whip.
Slice open the bread, add cheese one one half and tomatoes on the other then spread a generous amount of the chicken salad on bread then top with the other half and enjoy!
