Ingredients

    Beat margarine with sugar. (Sugar amount can be adjusted -the older the bananas-the sweeter they will be and the less sugar you will need.)
    Add eggs
    Mix in flour that baking soda has been stirred into.
    Mix with mixer until all ingredients have been added.
    Spoon into baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
    *Sometimes I add 1 cup of chopped walnuts . Be sure to add it to your ingredients. This will change your nutritional information.

Directions

Bake @300 for 45 minutes, then check to see if done. If not, continue baking until done in the center. Oven times and pans will vary cooking time.
You can cut slices into the #of servings you need. Just be sure you re-calculate your servings.
