Introduction

Slow cooked all day! Slow cooked all day!

Ingredients

    2.41 Beef Eye round roast, cubed
    4small onion, cubed
    1 lb carrots, sliced
    6 potatoes, cubed
    1/4 c. seasoned flour (recipe in instructions)
    1 tsp tyme
    1 t sp basil
    1 tsp parsley
    1 tsp marjoram

Directions

Put some water in the bottom of your slow cooker. Cube meat and season with seasoned flour. Process the other ingredients and add them to the slow cooker.

Stir or mix the ingredients. Add more water until you can see it about 1 inch from the top. Set slow cooker on high and cook for 5-6 hours on high, longer on low.

Seasoned flour: 1 c. flour, 1tsp no salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp pepper
