Introduction

WW Make it in Minutes p66. Recipe is for Steak with Spicy Chili Sauce. I did not add tenderloin to this b/c I think this sauce would go great with pork as well. WW Make it in Minutes p66. Ingredients

    1/2 C cider vinegar
    1.5 T packed light brown sugar
    1 T Thai chili sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Coat 4 (4 oz) pork or beef tenderloin. Remove tenderloin and reserve sauce. Pat the meat lightly with paper towels.
Add reserve to sauce pan on med-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, until thick and syrupy (~3 minutes). Spoon over cooked meat.
