Introduction

Easy dish that goes great with some sauerkraut and a green salad on the side. Any long link sausage can be used. Easy dish that goes great with some sauerkraut and a green salad on the side. Any long link sausage can be used.

Ingredients

    1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
    5 medium red potatoes, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 sausage links (ex. kielbasa), sliced
    1 Tbsp canola oil
    salt
    pepper

Directions

* Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat
* Add garlic, onions, potatoes, dash of salt and pepper
* Cook vegetables for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
* Add sausage and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
* Cover, stir occasionally until all potatoes are soft and cooked
