Ingredients

    4 cups mung bean sprouts
    1 tbsp sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    2 tsp sesame seeds

Directions

Makes 4, 1-cup servings

Cover sprouts in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
