Introduction

Ingredients

    2.5 cups diced apple
    2 cups diced celery
    .5 cup chopped walnuts
    1 can cranberry sauce whole berry
    2 boxes of SF lemon Jello
    2 cups boiling water
    1.5 cups cold water

Directions

Whisk 2 cups of boiling water and 1.5 cups cold water into the Jello, allow to cool somewhat. Mix in the cranberry sauce, apples, celery, and walnuts. Allow to sit up in the refrigerator until firm. Yield 10 servings

    This is one of my favorites for the holidays. Only difference, I use raspberry flavored jello. - 11/26/10
