    4 C. WAter
    1 C. Chopped Carrots
    12 oz. Hash Browns or Diced Potatoes
    4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
    3 Tbsp. Flour
    6 oz. Velveeta Light Cheese - Cubed
    1 C. Chopped Celery
    4 C. Broccoli-Frozen (16 oz. bag)
    1 tsp. Salt
    2 C. Skim Milk


Combine, Water, Potatoes, Vegetables, Bouillon Cubes & Salt. Bring to a boil / simmer untel Vegetables are tender.(15-20 min.) In separate bowl whick/blend Flour & Milk. Slowly add to vegeatables stirring constantly until soup thickens. Add Cheese cubes and stir until melted. Yield 4 servings @ 3-31/2 C. per serving
