Introduction

This is a good alternative to goulash. This is more like a bacon cheeseburger goulash. This is a good alternative to goulash. This is more like a bacon cheeseburger goulash.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds of ground turkey
    4 cups egg noodles
    1 cup catsup (more to taste)
    1/2 cup mustard (more to taste)
    4 Tbsp. bacon bits (to taste)
    6 oz. Cheddar Cheese (I used extra sharp)

Directions

Cook noodles to desired tenderness.
Brown ground turkey with bacon bits.
Drain noodles.
Mix cooked meat with bacon bits with noodles, add catsup and mustard and mix throughly.
Makes 6 servings. Add cheese to individual portions.
