Ingredients

- l small package of Jello pudding low fat sugar free - White Chocolate or other flavor of your choice
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. plain low fat yogurt
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 8 oz cool whip lite
- 4 T Chocolate syrup
- four strawberries - cut into fans
-4 tsp chopped pecans
Directions
Pour cold milk, pudding mix, vanilla and yogurt into a medium bowl. Wisk until smooth and thickened - about 2 minutes. Spoon pudding into parfait glasses (4) - alternate layering pudding with strawberries Top each parfait with 1 T of chocolate syrup. Dollop 2 T of Cool Whip on top of each parfait. Add the fanned strawberry - and 1 tsp chopped pecans if desired. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Other fruits can be substituted for the strawberries -- blueberries, bananas, raspberries. For the 4th of July, both blueberries and strawberries can be layered for a festive holiday dessert.
