    1 cup Low Fat or Fat Free Cream Cheese
    2 tbsp Mayo
    1/4 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
    1 tbsp Parsley
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 cup Grated Parmesan
    1/2 cup Real Parmesan
    1 can Crab Meat
    1 can Artichokes
    2 cloves of Garlic


Put all ingredients in a food processor until well blended. Then put in a small loaf pan and bake in oven on 400 degrees until the top is brown. It usually takes 30-35 minutes
