Introduction

This is an easy to make treat for one. Tastes like apple pie with cheese and satisfies the sweet tooth. I've made it with all types of flour tortillas and prefer the whole wheat, low carb ones. This is an easy to make treat for one. Tastes like apple pie with cheese and satisfies the sweet tooth. I've made it with all types of flour tortillas and prefer the whole wheat, low carb ones.

Ingredients

    1 medium apple, chopped
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 pkt. Splenda (or sweetener of your choice)
    1/2 tsp. water
    1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese
    1 small flour tortilla

Directions

Peel and dice apple in microwavable bowl. Add cinnamon, Splenda, and 1/2 tsp. water. Cook, covered, in microwave for 3 minutes to soften apple. Spread Laughing Cow cheese on tortilla. Place apple mixture on top of tortilla. Roll up and heat in microwave for 30-45 seconds to heat tortilla.
