Ingredients

    1 bag - Mixed frozen vegetables: peas, carrots, green beans.
    1 lb. diced fresh cooked turkey breast / white meat
    1 jar turkey gravy (fat free)
    1/2 cup stuffing (leftover)
    1/8 cup or 2 TB craisiins (dried cranberries)

Directions

Spray glass pie plate with pam. In a large saucepan, mix vegetables, gravy, stuffing, fruit and simmer for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Spread evenly in bottom of pie plate and dot with the whipped butter. Unroll pie crust on top, and crimp around edges to seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until top crust is golden.Cool 5 minutes. Serves 8.
