Introduction

Tender, bitter greens contrast with sweet, ripe strawberries and crunchy pecans for a lovely spring salad. A smoky-sweet dressing finishes the dish. Tender, bitter greens contrast with sweet, ripe strawberries and crunchy pecans for a lovely spring salad. A smoky-sweet dressing finishes the dish.

I would use 1 tsp. sugar in place of the substitute, as I'd have a mutiny here. - 3/3/11
