Introduction

Dessert! Dessert!

Ingredients

1 can apples (or stew your own)
1 can apricots (or stew your own)
    1 cup rolled oats
    2 Tbsp Spreadable Butter, lite
1 Tbsp Honey (or golden syrup)
    2 Tbsp Brown sugar
    Cinnamon to taste.

Directions

Empty the cans into an oven proof dish. I like to make sure the apples and apricots are both diced and well mixed together. Add cinnamon to the fruit, and stir in. I love cinnamon, so tend to use a teaspoon full.

In a bowl combine the oats, spread, honey and sugar together. They should massage together easily. Sprinkle on top of the fruit.

Cook in an oven (no lid on the dish) for 10ish minutes. This will vary with temperature, and size of dish. Watch to see it turn all golden and lovely.

I like to serve it with a wad of yogurt.
