Ingredients



    5-6 potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 large carrot, sliced
    1 large stalk celery, sliced
    4 chicken bouillon cubes (less if desired)
    1 tablespoon parsley flakes
    5 cups water
    1 tablespoon salt (less if desired)
    Pepper to taste
    1/4 cup smart balance spread
    13 ounce 1% milk

    Put all ingredients into crock pot except milk. Cook on HIGH for about 8 hours or until potatoes are tender. Check every couple of hours. During last hour turn down to LOW add milk. Leave on LOW or turn OFF until ready to serve.
