Ingredients

1 lb of ground beef (at least 80% lean)
1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 cup Pace Picante Sauce
Baked Doritos (enough to line the bottom of a 9x13 pan)
2 cups Low Fat cheddar or colby cheese
    1 can Ranch Style Beans
1 small can of sliced black olives (to sprinkle on top)

Directions

In a 9x13 baking pan, line the bottom with the baked doritos until the bottom of pan is covered. Brown the ground beef. In a bowl mix the ranch style beans, cream of mushroom soup, and salsa. After the ground beef has been browned, spread out on top of baked doritos, pour the soup and bean mixture and spread out on top of meat, then cover with cheese and sprinkle black olives. Bake in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes (just enought to heat all the way through and melt the cheese).

just so-so on this one. The chips got quite soggy on the bottom, but the flavor was good. - 4/21/08
