Ingredients

    1 10 oz. package frozen baby lima beans
    1 c. fresh green beans, cut into 1" pieces
    1 1/2 c. sliced fresh portobello mushrooms.
    1 T olive oil
    1 T cold water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 141/2 oz. can Cajun or Italian-style stewed tomatoes
    1c. canned garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

Directions

Cook lima beans and green beans in lightly salted water according to lima bean package directions: drain.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook mushrooms in hot oil over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine water and cornstarch; stir into mushrooms. Stir in undrained tomatoes and garbanzo beans. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Stir in cooked limas and green beans; heat through.
