2.5 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp poppy seeds
8 oz low fat sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed reduced fat cream of chicken soup
8 reduced fat round buttery crackers, crushed
Butter flavored cooking spray
Directions
1. combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until well blended. Spoon into a 1 qrt casserole coated with cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 350
3. Top with crushed crackers. Coat crackers with cookingt spray. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until thrououghly heated. 4 servings (3/4 cup)
