Ingredients

    1 cup part skim ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    1 tbsp dry basil flakes
    28 oz can Hunts diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano
    6 oz farfalle pasta

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cheese, egg, garlic and basil and mix well. Cook pasta in boiling water for twelve minutes and drain. Place cooked pasta in a casserole dish add tomatoes and toss to coat well. Spoon cheese mixture over pasta. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
