Very flavorful! Very flavorful!

Ingredients

    10 romaine leaves, chopped
    1 cooked chicken breast (or half), chopped
    3/4 c black beans
    1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
    1 lrg roma tomato, chopped
    4 med scallions, minced

    Dressing:
    2 Tbls sour cream
    4 Tbls plain nonfat yogurt
    4 Tbls salsa
    1 tsp cumin powder
    Lime juice to taste
    Salt to taste

Directions

Mix together dressing, then combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss.

Voila!
