Ingredients

    4 Chicken Thighs - boneless, skinless - cubed
    2 10 oz bags of fiesta vegetables
    2 cans of black beans
    1 jar black bean and corn salsa
    4 cans chicken broth

Directions

Brown Chicken in large sauce pan. Combine vegetables, beans, and salsa with chicken and warm over meduim heat. Add in broth, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
