This is good as written. It made 3 cups of salad. I use 1/3 c. servings. I would give it 4 stars with a different balance. I tried it again with a 6 oz. can of tuna and 6 eggs. I also replaced half of the mayo with yellow mustard. Change mustards to spicy or sweet for a different flavor. - 8/6/09
