Ingredients

    # Cream Goat Org., 9 tbsp (remove)
    # Cheese Yogurt Goat Org. (Shomron), 10 tbsp (remove)
    # Honey, 0.25 cup (remove)
    # Orange Peel, 1 tsp (remove)
    # Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed (remove)
    # Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves (remove)
    # Blackberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed (remove)
    # Orange Juice, 0.25 cup (remove)
    # Peppermint, fresh, 1 tbsp (remove)
    # *Splenda, 2 tsp (remove)

Directions

Place honey, rind, and cheeses, in a medium bowl; stir well with a whisk to combine. Cover and chill.

Combine berries, juice, sugar, and sliced mint, tossing gently to coat. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes; cover and chill.

Spoon 1/3 cup berry mixture into each of 6 parfait glasses or small bowls; top each serving with about 1/4 cup cheese mixture. Divide remaining fruit mixture evenly among servings. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
