Introduction

A great dressing for an Asian flavor Salad or a Marinade for 1 pound/16 onces of protien! A great dressing for an Asian flavor Salad or a Marinade for 1 pound/16 onces of protien!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Olive Oil, .25 cup (or Canola oil if unavailable)
    Orange Juice, .25 cup Prefreably squeezed from orange
    Rice Wine Vinegar .25 cup or 4 Tablespoons
    Lite Soy Sauce, 3 Tablespoons (or about 1/8 cup)
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp or 3 Tablespoons fresh ginger
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 2 Tablespoons (or for those that don't use splenda, 2 Tablespoons brown sugar, or natural sugar)

Directions

Mix well for a dressing on an Asian style salad.
Or Mix and Marinade 16-24 oz. of protein preferably overnight but at least an hour
Try also without the orange juice for a lighter, sweet distinct flavor
