    Incredible!
Excellent Recipe! I made this with rice and it is DELICIOUS and quite filling. I followed a suggestion in another comment to use frozen breasts and it turned out absolutely perfect. I used the remaining juice to pour over the chicken/rice leftovers and the reheat was even better. - 9/23/09

    O.K.
I think the measurements were off, since I used 4 chicken breasts andwhen I got home from work they were dried out and burnt at the bottom. Could be my slow cooker (it's new and maybe more powerful?) Could be my chicken, but it didn't end up great. - 7/22/09

    Incredible!
We have tried a lot of slow-cooker chicken recipes, and so far this is the best one, hands-down. Husband reported that the sauce is "the bomb". We had it with brown rice. We will definitely make this one again! (FYI, we were out of lime juice so I substituted lemon juice but it was great anyway.) - 7/3/09

    Incredible!
I've made this a couple of times now. I use more than 4 chicken breasts and I put them in the crock pot while they are still frozen. The chicken is SO incredibly MOIST and DELICIOUS!! It is fall-apart-tender and juicy. I used leftovers to make enchiladas. A new standard in my repertoire!
