    1/2 c. white flour
    1/2 c. wheat flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. oat bran
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 t. baking powder
    1/2 t. salt
    2 bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
    1 c. skim milk
    1 large egg
    2 T. canola oil
    2 t. lemon juice
    1 t. vanilla
    1/2 t. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (unthawed)


Mix together dry ingredients. Mash bananas and combine with other wet ingredients. Combine all, then fold in blueberries. Pour into muffin tin lined with cupcake liners. Bake at 400 for 20 min.
