This is an extremely low calorie fruit smoothie This is an extremely low calorie fruit smoothie
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 c. plain fat free yogurt
    1 c. nonfat milk
    handful of fruit of your choice equivalent to about 8 strawberries
    1/2 c. ice
    2 packets artificial sweetener

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender, and blend and enjoy. Could put other items into it as you wish.


Great low calorie, no sugar sweet tasting treat.
