Ingredients

    1 Salmon fillet approx 2 lb
    8 large garlic cloves chopped
    4 tbsp parsley chopped
    3 tbsp sundried tomatoes finely chopped
    3 tbsp exta virgin olive oil

Directions

finely chop tomatoes, parsley ,and garlic mix with olive oil. put salmon in a baking dish cover with tomato mixture and refigerate 45 min . Bake in oven at 350 for 30 min or wrap in foil and put on grill for about 30 min .
