Ingredients

    1 envelope golden onion soup
    1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs
    4 pork chops
    1/4 cup egg substitute

Directions

In a bowl, combine soup mix & bread crumbs. Dip pork chops in the egg substitue, then in the bread crumb mixture until evenly coated. Bake on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.

    I usually make this with italian seasoned bread cumbs and no onion soup mix. I tryied it your way and I loved it. great recipe - 6/1/09

    I put these in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes and they were done but very tough, I through them back in for another 40 minutes and they were wonderful, very flavorble and tender. - 2/6/09
