This creamy and refreshing smoothie takes just a few minutes to throw together. It'll get your day off to a good start and won't weigh you down! Ingredients

2 Small Bananas
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup 1% Milk
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Almond Extract
1 tsp Nutmeg
0.25 water
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. (I put the milk, nutmeg and extracts in a glass in the fridge overnight and then just dump in the blender with the ice and bananas in the morning to get out the door faster.) This makes 2 servings about 1 1/2 cups each. enjoy!
