Ingredients

    gr1
    1/2 cup flour
    2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp salt

    gr2
    1 egg beaten
    1Tbls butter, unsalted melted
    1/2 milk

    1 cup rice cooked

Directions

Blend gr 1 - Mix gr 2. Stir both together until just blended. Add Rice using as few strokes as possible to mix. Drop by Heaping Tbls. into simmering stew or broth cook 20 mins. 10 uncovered - 10 covered
