Ingredients

    1 12oz box whole wheat rotini
    1lb chicken breast, cooked and sliced
    1 14.5oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 14.5oz can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1.5 cups shelled edamame
    1 large stalk broccoli, cut into florets
    1cup matchstick carrots
    1 cup Kraft Fat Free Caesar Italian dressing

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. With 2-3 minutes to go, add broccoli florets to boiling water. Drain pasta and broccoli.

Mix everything together in a large bowl and coat with dressing. The whole process takes as long as the pasta takes to cook and drain. The only reason the cooking time seems long is because it needs at least an hour to cool off and marinate.
