Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 eggs beat until creamy
    1 cup of sugar
    1 cup flour 2 tea baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon butter with 1 cup hot water vanilla essense

Directions

Beat the eggs until fluffy
Add one cup of sugar
Sift in the cup of flour and the baking powder
Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in 1 cup of boiling water
Add a dash of vanilla essense if you want to.

    I made this for church dinner... I used fatfree cool whip with sugar free lemon pudding mix in it. It was good, but I wouldn't want it without the cool whip! - 3/14/07

    Incredible!
    This was easy and turned out very nice. I switch the 1 cup of water to 1/2 cup of water and a 1/2 cup of 1% milk. It was really good. I dusted it with a little powder sugar. Severed with berries. Thanks. - 1/15/11
