This was easy and turned out very nice. I switch the 1 cup of water to 1/2 cup of water and a 1/2 cup of 1% milk. It was really good. I dusted it with a little powder sugar. Severed with berries. Thanks.
I made this for church dinner... I used fatfree cool whip with sugar free lemon pudding mix in it. It was good, but I wouldn't want it without the cool whip!
