Introduction

I modified this from something I found on Allrecipes.com, in order to lighten it up a bit. It can be made lighter by using low fat swiss and the Healthy Request version of the cream of celery soup. Ingredients

    1 lb deli sliced ham, sliced into thin strips
    8 oz neufchatel cheese
    1 can (10.75 oz) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, condensed, undiluted
    1 can (10.75 oz) cream of celery soup, condensed, undiluted
    2 Cups Swiss cheese, shredded
    2 loaves cocktail rye bread

Directions

Serves 15

1. In a slow cooker, combine the ham, neufchatel cheese and both cans of undiluted condensed soup.

2. Stir in shredded swiss cheese.

3. Cover and cook on low setting about 2 hours, or until cheese is fully melted, stirring occasionally.

4. Serve warm on slices of cocktail rye bread.
