Introduction

This is a great alternative to pancakes or waffles for those with wheat/gluten allergies. I love to top then with cooked apples and drizzled with a bit of honey. Yum! Ingredients

    1 cup Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix

    1 egg

    1/2 cup water

    2 T. Canola Oil

    1 T. Honey

Directions

This recipe will make 2 7" Waffles or 5 4"pancakes. This recipe is very versatile.

Beat liquid ingredients. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients. Pour onto hot griddle or skillet. Cook until golden brown. I top mine with cooked apples and cinnamon, then drizzled with honey. Enjoy!
