Introduction

I absolutely love guacamole, and I wanted to start making it a lot cleaner. There isn't a whole lot of flavor at first, so I added in the spinach for taste and texture, and occasionally I'll add in some garlic for flavor. I usually serve it with multigrain tostitos or on chicken fajitas. Mmm.. Good!

Ingredients

    2 Avacados, 2 plum tomatoes, one medium onion, 1 cup spinach, juice of 1 lime, a dash of salt and pepper.

Directions

Cut and spoon out the flesh of two avocados, dice two plum tomatoes and chop one medium onion. Place those ingredients plus spinach, lime juice, salt, and pepper into a blender. If the recipe needs more flavor, add-in garlic through a garlic press. Serve with multigrain tostitos. Mmm.. good!
