Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp. Shallots diced
    8 Oz's Mushrooms canned
    1/8 Tsp. Salt (dash)
    1 Bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. Butter
    2 Tbsp. Flour ( all-purpose)
    1 Cup Milk (2% )
    1/2 Cup Swiss cheese (Gruyere)
    1/2 LB Shrimps
    1/2 LB Scallops ( Bay )

Directions

1. In saucepan, add salt, shallots, bay leaf, water
simmer for five minutes . Add Sea Food and
mushrooms and simmer for an additionnal
5 minutes.Drained, but keep liquid.
2. Reduce liquid by half.
3. Mix butter and flour together and add gradually
to milk and warm liquid, until thicken.
4. Add 1/4 cup of cheese to sauce and stir until
smooth.
5. add Shrimps ans Scallops to sauce.
6. Pour in shells or Ramekin dishes, sprinkle
remaining cheese all over.
7. Use pipping bag with mashed potato,
to decorate each shells.
8. Heat at 350 F degrees until bubbly and
potatoes are golden.
