I made this for myself because I had my wisdom teeth out and couldn't chew anything solid. I made this for myself because I had my wisdom teeth out and couldn't chew anything solid.

    Bag of Split Peas with Ham Flavor Powder Packet
    1 can fat free chicken broth

Directions

Boil chicken broth and 8 cups of water
Add split peas
Cover and simmer for two hours

    Very Good
    Made mine with the juice from a boiled honey-coated ham joint. Soaked the split-peas overnight first, then drained and put in casserole base with the joint and water. - 12/4/11
