Ingredients

1/4 Cup Lite Applesauce
1/4 Cup Lite Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Splenda
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups Mashed Banana (About 3 large)
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
~Preheat oven to 350
~Grease 13x9 Pan
~In large mixing bowl, beat butter, applesauce, sugar and splenda until well blended and fluffy.
~Add egg and vanilla and beat until combined.
~Blend in the bananas.
~In medium bowl, blend flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
~Add flour mixture to butter mixture and mix well.
~Divide batter in half. Add cocoa and chocolate chips to one half.
~Spoon chocolate batter into pan. Spoon remaining batter on top and swirl with a knife.
~Bake for 25 minutes and cool completely.
~Cut into 18 squares.
