Ingredients

    350 gram(s) plain 0% fat yogurt (strain with a coffee filter for two evenings) MUST BE GELATIN FREE.

    1/2 small onion, raw, chopped
    1 large (4" long) Dill Pickles, chopped
    2 tbsp Mayo 1/2 fat
    3 Tbsp pickle juice
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Serve with fish.
