Ingredients

    Avocados, California (Haas), 5 fruit without skin and seeds
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, .25 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Lime Juice, 2 fl oz
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    cilantro, fresh, 1 serving
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Salsa, .5 cup

Directions

Peel and pit avocados. Mash and add all other ingredients. Mix and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to combine. Makes approx. 10 1/4 cup servings.
