A great on-the-go start to your morning! Refreshing and sweet! The chia seed adds to it powerful antioxidants and Omega's. Protein powder can be added to pump up the protein in this delight! Ingredients

    1 cup frozen strawberries
    2 tbsp plain low fat yogurt
    1 tbsp black chia seed
    1 small banana
    1 tbsp honey
    1 cup skim milk
    ice to thicken as desired

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender layering from most liquid to most solid. Add ice to desired thickness. Blend until well combined. Serve.
