Ingredients

    Powdered Sugar
    Flour
    Cocoa powder
    Baking Powder
    Salt
    Unsalted Butter
    Sugar
    Eggs
    Vanilla Extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease or line baking sheet
.
Put the powdered sugar in a bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter and granulated sugar on medium speed until creamy (3 mins). Add eggs one at a time until blended.

Add dry flour mixture and beat on low speed until just blended.

Form tablespoon sized dough balls, and roll each in powdered sugar.

Bake 10-12 minutes and cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
