Ingredients

    2 Egg Yolks
    1 Keebler Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust
    1 can Borden's Fat Free (Green Label) Condensed Milk
    1/2 cup Key Lime Juice. Fresh if you can get it, if not bottled a good brand like "Nellie and Joes."
    1 Large Tub of Fat Free "Cool Whip" or the equivalent

Directions

Beat the two egg yolks well, add and mix in the condensed milk, lime juice. Pour into the pie shell. Bake in a 325 degree F oven for 20 minutes. Remove and chill in the refrig for 4-6 hours. Then, prior to serving, slather on the Cool whip in large quantities like a meringue. Makes a 9" pie, cut into 8 slices. Eat and enjoy! Bon Appetite!

1/8 of the 9" pie: 210, most from the milk and the crust according to the nutrition label, 15 from the egg yolk. In a regular version each slice is 450 calories.
