Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breasts- precooked
1/2 box Barilla PLUS Rotini- cooked per package instructions
    1 package frozen baby asparagus
    1/2 onion
1 24 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 8oz package of baby portabella mushrooms (or any other mushrooms you prefer)
    3 TB Olive Oil
    Red Pepper Flakes
    Hot Sauce
    Italian Herb Seasoning
    Garlic Powder

Directions

Cook Pasta according to package directions. If the chicken that you have is not pre-cooked (you can use leftover chicken or rottisserie if you prefer) saute until done in a pan with cooking spray.
Saute onions with garlic powder (or fresh garlic if you prefer), red pepper flakes, olive oil, italian seasoning, and hot sauce until translucent and tender. Add Mushrooms and sautee until they are heated through. Add can of tomatoes and asparagus (cut into 2" pieces). Stir to mix together, add pasta and chicken. Cook for another 7-10 minutes to that flavors are mingled.
