Introduction

This is VERY chocolaty, next time I will halve the chocolate chips. This is VERY chocolaty, next time I will halve the chocolate chips.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    3 bananas, mashed
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup milk (I use light vanilla soy milk)

    2 cups flour (whole wheat)
    1 cup sugar (or substitute, or less)
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    chocolate chips (optional - nutrition info says 1.5 cups)
    coconut flakes (optional 1.5 cups)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix the first four ingredients well.

Mix the rest of the ingredients in.

Fold in chocolate chips or coconut or both.

Pour into greased bread pan.

Bake for 55 minutes.
