Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast-cubed
1 bunch green onions- sliced thin
1 red bell pepper-- chopped
1 yellow bell pepper- chopped
1 jalapeno pepper- seeds removed and minced
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
1 Tbs. olive oil
3 Tbs. flour
2 cups chicken broth
2- 14 oz cans Great northern beans-undrained
3 Tbs. butter
Directions
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add Cubed chicken adn saute' until no longer pink. Remove chicken from pan.
in the same pot, saute green onion, pepper and garlic. Return chicken to pot and add ginger, salt, sage, cumin and white pepper. Mix thoroughly.
In a separate sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to make a light roux. Do not let it turn brown. Whisk in the Chicken broth and stir until thickened.
Pour thicken broth into the chicken mixture.
Simmer on low heart for 15-20 minutes
