Introduction

My mother-in-law passed this recipe down to my husband and I. She used Ground Beef instead but i prefer Ground Turkey. It is very nice on a cold evening.
Tinned Carrots can be added - be sure to add the calories though)

this was awesome! my whole family loved it...Isubbed beef stew meat for the turkey, added 1 can corn and a few carrots because they were in the cupboard. instead of salt I used mrs.dash and through in a little garlic...FABULOUS...will make again - 2/9/09

I am glad that you liked this recipe - it is one of those recipes where you can tweak it and adapt it to your own tastes. I personally do not add the salt and i use more Cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce. I made it myself last night funnily enough as we expected snow.
